This professional binder features four pneumatic clamps. With a mechanical speed of 1200 cycles per hour, the QUADRIMAX II is very user friendly with no tools required for machine set-up. All functions are controlled via an icon based LCD touch screen.
It is also possible to fit a bar code reading system that will read barcodes printed on the cover and book block. This ensures the correct cover is bound on the right book block. The bar codes also include the information to set all the parameters on the machine. This is all done at running speed and enables every book block that is fed into the machine to be a different size and thickness.
