The compact Digi UV coater is ideal for all types of small format digital press operations. The unique roller application system and UV curing dryer produce a finished product suitable for quick processing of subsequent finishing processes. From the innovative and intuitive touch screen, its easy to monitor and operate both the feeder and coater functions, as the unique coating roller system and UV curing dryer work quickly to produce high quality finished products. The top feeder is capable of accepting upto 200mm high stacks and is ideal for small to medium volume jobs. Similar to the larger series of Digi UV coaters, the compact model can accept a paper thickness upto 400gsm, with an adjustable coating thickness of 6 - 14 microns. The innovative smart varnish supply and automatic clean-up systems are technologies offered only by digi UV coaters making it a unique product in this class.
