MB Prestigefold NET 38

Launched at DRUPA 2008 the new MB PrestigeFOLD NET 38 has the option of a shallow pile PBA feeder or the deep pile FSA feeder. As on the NET 52 it has - four or six plates, simple touch screen operation and networking via an Ethernet connection for the offline programming / management information. The PrestigeFOLD NET 38 is also compatible with CIP3, CIP4, JDF and UP3i.
Features include - pulsed delivery AM52. Electronic self setting, double sheet detector, jam detector and batch counter are also standard. Fully computerised set up of the folding plates and deflectors.  Computer assisted roller pressure settings from the display panel. The NET 38 has the ability to store 200 jobs enabling the machine to be reset to any imposition within 30 seconds. The new SETMATIC system which provides the following benefits:- Automatic setting of the fold rollers and alignment rails, automatic positioning of the delivery rollers and automatic setting of data for jobs saved previously. All of these functions contribute to a quicker set-up time.
