Automatic placement of Magnets by hot glue

14 cycles (with 2 magnets)/minute MAG 2 Semi Automatic Magnet Application Machine MAG-2 is a semi-automatic magnet application machine that applies 1 or 2 magnets using hot-melt glue. An operator feeds by hand one case at a time; after the cardboard is taken by one transport gripper, the machine partially drills/grooves the board and sucks in the dust, thus preparing the seat where the magnet will be laid down. After this first work phase, the cardboard comes to the second unit where the glue is sprayed into the previously made bottom seat. In the third unit, the magnets are taken from their feeder, conveyed and positioned into the glued board seats. At this point, if only one couple of magnets has to be applied, the transport system of the machine comes back to its starting position and the cardboard is automatically released. If two couples of magnets have to be applied, the transport system goes forward bringing the cardboard to the right position and the working cycle is repeated.
