Ultra High Speed Auto-Sucker
The rear sucker head, which automatically responds to difference in pile height due to uneven ink coverage, etc., joins the photoelectric magnetic clutch-controlled lifting mechanism of feed board in
making the sheet infeed constantly smooth. The sucker head has two independent suckers which ensure the optimum infeed in any sheet condition, curly edged or heavily inked, even at the maximum folding speed.

ROUND FEEDER

On Shoei continuous round pile feeder, stock is ventilated, piled sideways on top board and reversed on to the bottom board to get a nonstop running.
With rear sheet separation, the infeed of broad sheets of full ink coverage or curly stock is secured.
With front & side blast system, the perfect infeed of triple/quadruple duplicate sheets, folded stock on web, stock with window, envelopes or small size format is obtained.

When rear sheet separator is used, this device is so effective to the good separation of curry stock. When front sheet separator is in use, the better-balanced infeed is obtained.

Rear Sheet separator
Smooth sheet separation and infeed are guaranteed by this Shoei original feeder head controlled by accurate electric air valve. Most effective for the infeed of broad format and other stocks mentioned on the left.

Upper board
Smooth sheet advance of even heavily curled stock is secured by its cloth-woven tapes and well-finished rolls. Low profile design is also operator friendly.

End drum
At the end of upper board, stock is reversed by simple upper bead-collar belts. Around the big drum, it is transferred accurately on to the lower board at the fixed Pace.

Side blast device
Polyurethane-surfaced twin rotor adds to the proven feeding capability of the Shoei nonstop feeder. The blowers located in front on both sides ensure freedom from feeding problems with heavily down-curl stock.

Twin suction feeder
The Shoei nonstop feeder incorporates two sets of powerful suckers that enable this feeder to perfectly feed the stock with full ink coverage or curled stock. They can be adjusted to a suitable height for the best sheet separation and need no wedge or other prop to hold sheets in position, as is the case with other makers' feeder.
The flip spring firmly holds the stack 10mm inside the tail edge and this feature eliminates the need for pro-trimming of full size format, contributing greatly to labor saving in the bookbinding process.

Pallet feeder is another version of nonstop feeder without pre-loading function. Can be used for manual piling or direct set-in of the pile on pallet.
