AUTOMATIC LINE TO PRODUCE WRAPPED RIGID BOXES

An automatic/semi-automatic luxury box-making machine built to wrap rigid, high-quality boxes up to 24 cm high. It is widely used in packaging for products like jewellery, electronics, and luxury goods.

Manual positioning of the box onto the glued paper with a mechanical centering device (motors & sensors); Automatic centering & alignment of materials to the automatic wrapping unit by telescopic conveyor tape. Automatic wrapping unit. Pick & Place to move the ready box to the delivery unit.

Moulds for each box size can be made from wood and easily installed/removed by a quick-release system. The semi-automatic version can be upgraded with an automatic paper feeder, gluing unit, and box’ mechanical centrerting device (motors & sensors).
