Automatic simple line to wrap high-quality rigid boxes, composed by:

Automatic paper feeder;

Gluing unit with automatic viscometer;

Manual positioning of the box onto the glued paper with mechanical centering device (motors & sensors);

Automatic centering & traslation of the materials to the automatic wrapping unit by telescopic conveyor tape;

Automatic wrapping unit.

Pick & Place system to move the ready box to the delivery unit.

Moulds for each box size can be made from wood and easily installed/removed by a quick-release system. The semi-automatic version can be upgraded with an automatic paper feeder, gluing unit, and box’ mechanical centering device (motors & sensors).
