Automatic grooving & corner cutting inline

An automated rotating grooving machine designed for paper converting and luxury packaging. Manufactured in Italy, it is heavily utilized in the production of rigid boxes, folders, and display items to create precise V- or U-shaped grooves in cardboard blanks


Features

  • Automatic Grooving (V & U Cuts): Capable of making precise V-shaped grooves (from 80° to 130°) and U-shaped grooves in cardboard and greyboard.
  • Inline Corner Cutting: Performs exact four-corner cutting/punching in a single pass.
  • Double Feeder System: Equipped with an automatic double feeder with a storage magazine for continuous, high-speed board handling.
  • High Production Output: Capable of speeds up to 60 cycles/minute or up to 8 grooves per cycle, depending on board size and thickness.
