Semi-automatic lining of products Up to 800 cycles per hour Maximum size up to 1200 x 700 mm Peroni PLS EVO 70-120-M Semi-automatic gluing & lining machine PLS-EVO 70/120-M  is the new semi-automatic gluing machine able to glue paper, laminated paper, cardboard, paper-based fabric. Thanks to its versatility it’s possible to produce a wide range of products such as one-piece ring binders and multi-pieces covers, board games and photo albums, displays and calendars, rigid and collapsible boxes, folders and more. Automatic high-pile feeder that allows you to process sheets, including die-cut ones, in bigger size or smaller than the size of the material to be lined. Gluing unit equipped with pump for vinylic glue and glue tank for hot-animal glue with pre-melter and viscometer. The glue rollers are heated internally to ensure stability and continuity to the characteristics of the glue. Vacuum conveyor belt with precise paper sheet searching & centering device for the material to be lined which allows to work both flat covers and boxes. Rolling press calender. Delivery unit.
