The Peroni PLS EVO 70–120-M is an advanced semi-automatic gluing and lining machine designed for high-precision packaging, bookbinding, and print finishing applications. Engineered for versatility, this system efficiently processes a wide range of materials, including paper, laminated paper, cardboard, and paper-based fabrics, making it ideal for modern manufacturing environments.

This highly flexible machine enables the production of a wide variety of products, including one-piece ring binders, multi-piece covers, rigid and collapsible boxes, board games, photo albums, displays, calendars, folders, and luxury packaging solutions.

Equipped with an automatic high-pile feeder, the PLS EVO 70–120-M can handle both standard and die-cut sheets in varying sizes, significantly improving productivity and workflow efficiency.

The advanced gluing unit features a pump for vinylic (cold) glue as well as a tank for hot animal glue, complete with pre-melter and viscometer to ensure consistent adhesive quality. Internally heated glue rollers maintain optimal temperature, providing stable, uniform glue application throughout production.

A vacuum conveyor belt system with precise sheet detection and centering guarantees accurate positioning of lining materials, enabling seamless processing of both flat covers and box products. The machine is further enhanced by a rolling press calender for superior finishing and a delivery unit for efficient output handling.
