Double sided B2 laminator

The Europa PB is a uniquely configured, fully automatic double-sided laminator for sheets up to B2 size. Compact and easy to use the Europa PB is designed for the growing photobook and print-on-demand market. Its features make it equally adept at running both digital and lithographic output.

The unique double-sided configuration comprises two separately controlled laminating stations, each with a heated chrome roller and rubber nip roller to give an identical finish to each side of the sheet. One laminating station can be turned off when laminating a single side.

A scrolled infeed roller presents lightweight and digital output to laminating and nip rollers where a missing sheet detector helps prevent unwanted wraparounds.

A decurl bar, which may be altered on the run, is fitted to assist in giving a flat sheet when laminating single-sided whilst the positioning of the perforator overcomes any potential issues caused by poor film roll profiles

and allows higher speeds to be maintained.
