The BBM Booklet Maker is the most user-friendly modular system designed to produce the highest quality saddle-stitched, top-stitched, or corner-stitched applications and is built to handle heavy production environments, whether in-line with a printer* or with a BSF Sheet Feeder. It can handle a range of formats up to 370 x 600 mm (14.57 x 23.62 in) and has a maximum rated speed of 5000 booklets per hour**. Its maximum thickness of up to 60 pages or 12mm thickness with a square back finish makes it one of the most versatile booklet makers in its class. The BBM also offers a wide selection of configurations that allow bleeding/trimming, creasing, cutting, folding, and perforating any job. These features enable 2-up/4-up job processing via our ergonomic touch screen and barcode reading systems, automatically adjusting to pre-saved jobs or JDF/JMF workflows.
