Suction belt VBT

Suction belt for setting up various processing units and dispensers. Designed primarily for use on mailing systems and folders. The VBT side-guided vacuum belt offers very precise movement of the folded material in 56 cm or 75 cm working widths. This makes it possible to carry out labeling (ink-jet), gluing points, dispensing and other tasks with pinpoint accuracy. Separately adjustable belt segments and tracks provide additional assistance when processing products from above. The mobile version (optional) in 250 cm length makes the belt flexible to use. 

Adaptation to other units is quick and easy thanks to the electric height adjustment. Can also be extended with a plow folding device or product dispenser.

TECHNICS

Individually configurable number of suction lanes (1-4) with special

belt, variable speed setting, M4-Control system control, profile system for variable configuration of mailing components.

Four transport tracks provide the necessary feed. Individual adaptation of suction segments, which can also be split ventilated, offers a wide range of options.
