Manual positioning of the box onto the glued paper with mechanical centering device (motors & sensors)
Automatic centering & translation of the materials to the automatic wrapping unit by telescopic conveyor tape
Automatic wrapping unit
Pick & Place system to move the ready box to the delivery unit.
Moulds for each box size can be made from wood and easily installed/removed by a quick-release system. The semi-automatic version can be upgraded with an automatic paper feeder, gluing unit, and box mechanical centering device (motors & sensors).
