Accurate & Controlled Glue Application

The WheelMelt is equipped with a heated adhesive tank that continuously supplies hot melt glue to the application wheel, ensuring a smooth and precise adhesive coating across the glue flap for reliable sealing performance. An adjustable doctor blade system allows operators to control the amount of glue applied, enabling either heavier or lighter adhesive coatings based on product requirements. Additionally, different wheel widths and multiple wheel configurations can be selected to accommodate various packaging formats and glue patterns.
