Fully Automatic Glueing and Lining Machine

The PLS-EVO 70/120-A is our new automatic glueing machine, capable of glueing paper, laminated paper, thin cardboard, corrugated board, and paper-based fabric. Thanks to its versatility, it’s possible to produce a wide range of products such as displays and calendars, board games, cards, coasters, ring binders and multi-piece covers, photo albums, rigid and collapsible boxes, folders and much more.

Features

• Automatic high-pile Paper feeder 
• Glueing unit equipped with a pump for vinylic glue and a glue tank for hot-animal glue with a pre-melter and a viscometer. The glue rollers are heated internally to ensure the glue's stability and consistent characteristics.
• Vacuum conveyor belt to handle glued paper
• Thinboard & corrugated cardboard High Pile feeder directly from a pallet
• Ideal for collapsible boxes, rigid cases, ring binders, and luxury packaging
• Handles paper, laminated paper, and all board materials
• SCARA Robot for picking and placing the material on the glued paper
• Rolling press calendar and delivery unit with piling-up system (75cm max stack height).
• Designed for packaging, print finishing, and bookbinding industries
• Reliable performance for medium- to high-volume production
