Fully Automated Thermal Laminator

The B1+ single sided Triton Laminator is available in either 760mm or 1050mm widths. PLC controlled with touch screen operation, its features make it equally adept at running both digital and lithographic output.

The pallet loading deep pile suction feeder is ideal for longer run lengths and is easily adjustable for a variety of different sheet sizes. A pneumatically controlled infeed roller presents lightweight and digital output to the laminating and nip rollers where a no sheet detector helps to prevent unwanted wraparounds. Its PLC control panel makes for easy operation which is enhanced by a modem link for remote diagnostics.
